  All drugs are very bad, even drugs to treat disease can be very harmful if abused. but some are really bad, e.g. Methamphetamine, Heroine, tobacco, marijuana among others (I don’t know them all). Alcohol is pretty bad and should not be underestimated. It caused a lot of harm to the abuser and their family and friends.
