      Hi Ryan ,

      Roughage or fibre is very important in our bodies. Foods rich in roughage or fibre usually contain nutrients and minerals that are needed by our bodies. Roughage helps our digestive tract clear away other foods easing the digestion process. Also roughage makes us feel full even long after a meal. So you should make sure to include a pert ion of roughage in your meals.
