      Hi 224heaa29
Allergies are an abnormal immune response such to what is typically harmless, such that ones the body identifies it as harmful and produces antibodies to fight it, the chemicals so produced leads to an allergic reaction. The tendency to become allergic is inherited. People are allergic to different of things such as pollen, dust, food (e.g. peanut, fish, certain fruits), different weather conditions, and so on. allergic reactions can range from mild (such as sneezing, mild swelling) to several reaction (such as instant body swelling, anaphylatic shock (instant swelling of whole body and shutting down of body systems such as respiratory system).

I am not a doctor, but based on my experience of being allergic to dust and pollen, and as far as I know, there is no cure for allergy. However, allergy can be managed very well and people live normal healthy life. The important thing is to know what you are allergic to in order to prevent it from happening (by avoiding the allergen. Its important to inform people around you the things that you are allergic to, and to describe your allergic reactions to a doctor for appropriate medication where necessary. Remember we are all different and we react differently to allergens, so avoid using medication prescribed for another person.
