@antle this is a tough one but the answer is simple – No.

I try to make time for my daughter and assist her in every way possible. I try not to work over the weekends so that I spend time with her. But it is difficult with lots of deadlines to meet. The life of a researcher is a 24/7 job. You always have to give on something. But I try make as much as possible to spend time with my daughter. I wouldn’t want her not chose research as a career so I try to either bring her to work with me so she understands what I do and why I have to spend so much time at work….. It is tough but one always tries to balance it out in the end.

Thank you very much for a good question.
