      Hi Mariana,
      Discussing with scientists, even those whose research is complex and I do not know well, is why I like my work. My work draws a lot on discussions that I have with various people. I have learnt that everyone has an opinion, and these opinions matter to them – even if others do not feel that way. That is why I like talking to researchers and other people. Do you like chatting with people about their work, or seeking different perspectives, are you inquisitive, have a curious mind? That is what chatting with people allows you to do, explore different ideas and perspectives, and learn so much in the process.
