      @263heaa27 good question

      Did you know that you have muscles in your face that control your facial expressions. But a smile is the end result of a process that starts from recognition and emotions. When for instance you see something you like or see someone you have not seen in a long time, signals are sent to your brain. The brain is a powerhouse that then allows you to respond. There is a part of the brain called the cerebral cortex that is involved in controlling behaviour. Messages (or signals) are sent to the muscles in your face telling them to contract and lo and behold your smile comes out.

      Happy thoughts, something nice all together act as stimulants for you to smile as as soon as you recognise them your brain responds in miliseconds to express the emotion you feel by smiling…..

      Smiling is very good for you as your muscles in your face will be exercised. So keep smiling knowing that your brain is relying the emotion you feel and keep on the look out for things that make YOU smile 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂
