I love soda, especially ice cold coca cola! But there are more negative than positive effects of consuming soda regularly. Soda has a lot of sugar and that init self is a problem. Too much sugar consumption in the long run can lead to diabetes and weight gain among other health problems. Soda contains many chemicals including preservatives, caffeine, sodium that if too much can cause health problems.
I try and avoid soda, instead i drink water juice or “madafu” (green coconut juice) or I eat a fruit to keep the doctor away 🙂
